Sincere condolences to the McGowan family. Jean was a dear friend to many people, especially those in her Project HOPE family. I always thought of Jean as a beautiful lady .... inside and out. She had a lovely, gentle way about her with a special sense of humor too. She made the world a better place.

Jean, we love you for the beauty and grace you have shown us all. You were the sweetness every family needs. You were the fun aunt that I always considered more of a sister because we were so close in age. My heart breaks at your departure from us. We truly miss and love you.

Mrs. Jean was lovely woman. I had the privilege to be around her every day. And her love radiated no matter what kind of day she was having. She was so proud of her family. By the time I actually met them I felt like I knew them because she would tell me about them everyday. I looked forward to helping her every morning because she was just a beautiful soul. Heaven gained an angel and I know she is watching over her family smiling and still very proud of how beautiful they are. The McGowan family are wonderful people and it was my pleasure to have the chance to get know them. Love is as love does and love is what the do.
