Yigui Chen 70, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Chen was born in China. He was a retired diamond miner.

He is survived by his wife, Yi Chai Chen and son, Jian Chen.

The family will receive friends Monday,October 23, 2023, at McMillan-Small Funeral Home from 8:30 AM until 10:00 AM. He will be laid to rest at Ocean Woods Memorial Cemetery.
