William David Elliott Heine, 60, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2022 at his home.
He was born August 5, 1962 in town of Oyster Bay in the city of Bethpage, New York, a son of William and Florence Elliott Heine.
Mr. Heine was a retired police officer with the Myrtle Beach Police Department.
He is survived by his wife, Sandee E. Heine, a daughter, Malinda Shadoan, father-in-law, John Eveges, his siblings, Nancy Caggiano, Rob Brouillet, Rebecca Brouillet, Bonnie Brouillet, his step-children who he loved and treated them as his own, Cailin and husband Cullen, Taylor and husband Cody, Sean, Timothy, Piper, and grandkids, Dana, Brooklyn, Easton, Declan, along with his birth parents, Dan Brouillet (Charlene Brouillet) and Peggy Brouillet. and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM, Sunday, December 4th at McMillan-Small Funeral Home, 910 67th Avenue N., Myrtle Beach, SC with Myrtle Beach Policeman serving as honor guards.
