Wendy Lee Armstrong, age 65, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026, after a courageous battle with Dementia caused by Alzheimer’s.
Wendy leaves behind her loving husband, Butch. Their life was filled with shared adventures, quiet moments, and enduring companionship that stood strong through every chapter of their time together. She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jaime and Josh Page, her son, Nick Roy, sister and husband, Lynn and Ray Cannon, stepsons and wives, Trey and Michelle Armstrong and Brett and Nicole Armstrong. She leaves behind granddaughters, Audrey, and Norah. Wendy was blessed with a total of 5 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, 6 great grandsons, and 1 granddaughter, as well as countless friends and loved ones who will cherish her memory. She loved and was loved by her family and friends.
Wendy had a free spirit and a love for the open road. Riding her motorcycle brought her a sense of joy and freedom that reflected her adventurous spirit. She approached life with a light heart and a sense of fun, and her beautiful smile was contagious.
Wendy’s legacy is one of love, resilience, and adventure. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.
Special "Thank You" to the employees and staff at Myrtle Beach Manor and Sunrise Hospice for the love and care they showed Wendy.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in Wendy’s memory.
