Stormy Lee Sessions

Stormy Lee Sessions, 72, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at her home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Stormy was born on February 6, 1954. She dedicated many years of her life to working in the medical field, where her compassion, kindness, and caring spirit touched countless lives.

As a devoted military wife, Stormy faithfully stood beside her husband, Robert, through the many adventures and sacrifices of military life. Together they built a beautiful life over 47 years of marriage, living in places such as Nebraska and Alaska before eventually returning to Myrtle Beach — the place she always considered home.

Stormy found joy in crocheting afghans for the people she loved, creating gifts that will continue to bring comfort for years to come. She was known for her fiery sense of humor, her honest nature, and her ability to make others laugh, often when they needed it most. She was also a strong and determined woman whose resilience inspired those around her throughout her life.

Above all else, Stormy loved her family deeply. She cherished her husband, her sons, and her grandchildren, and nothing brought her greater happiness than being surrounded by those she loved most.

Stormy is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Robert Sessions; her sons and daughters-in-law, O’Neal and Deana Sessions, and Christopher and Kimberly Sessions; and her cherished grandchildren, Payton, Trent, and Aiden.

She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
