Rosemary Waldron, a soul that lit up every room she walked into passed away on May 10, 2026 at the age of 71 surrounded by her loving family.
Born to Raymond and Amy Piacente, Rosemary was raised in Yonkers, New York alongside her brother Raymond Jr. Rosemary made sure to carry forward their infectious and endless love for anyone who crossed her path.
At just 15 years old, Rosemary began working as a cashier at the A&P grocery store where she met the love of her life and future husband, Kenneth Waldron. No matter how busy, Kenneth would always find his way to Rosemary's checkout lane to help bag groceries, making sure no one took his place beside her. What began as small grocery store moments, turned into a lifelong love story and the foundation of a beautiful family they created.
Rosemary and Kenneth moved to Mahopac where they built a loving home and raised their family together. Rosemary was a devoted wife and mother to her three children, Lisa, Stacy and Kenneth Jr, as well as a proud and inspiring grandmother to her two granddaughters Sarah and Savanna.
Rosemary will be remembered as one of the most selfless kind, strong and loving person her family knew. She spent her whole life putting other's before herself, always making sure her children and grandchildren were safe and happy before ever worrying about her own needs. Her love was not just shown through words, but through every sacrifice and quiet act of care given so freely. Rosemary's strength, warmth, and unwavering devotion to her family, inspired everyone around her and the love she poured into others will continue to live on for generations.
