Ronald Norton Dow

Ronald Norton Dow, age 93, was born on July 12, 1932, in Bar Harbor, Maine, and passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, surrounded by loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stella Dow and Horace Dow.

Ronald is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Irma Dow; his son, Michael Dow, and daughter-in-law, Aileen dow; his treasured grandchildren, Liam Dow and Levi Dow; and his sons from previous marriages, Daniel Dow and Robert Dow. He also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Ronald proudly served in the United States Army, a reflection of his lifelong values of service, honor, and love of country.

He will be remembered for his strength, quiet dignity, and unwavering devotion to his family. A devoted sports fan, Ronald took great joy in cheering for the Atlanta Braves, the Los Angeles Angels, and the USC Trojans. His legacy of love, loyalty, and perseverance will live on for generations.

In accordance with his wishes, Ronald will be cremated, and his ashes will be scattered in Bar Harbor, Maine, where his parents were laid to rest and the place he always held close to his heart.
