Robert "Bob" Carl Shaffer

Robert “Bob” Carl Shaffer, 60, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2026.

 He was born in Chicago, IL, but was raised and went to school in Greenfield, TN.

 He is survived by his wife, Marcy-Trent Fowler Shaffer of Columbia, SC; his son, Robert Tylor Shaffer; mother-in-law, Mary-Trent Smith, father-in-law, Darris Fowler and his wife, Judy Fowler and her children, Brook Tolman and Allyson Quandt; several nieces and nephews; and his pets, Skye and Seven.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Ocean Woods Memorial Cemetery, Myrtle Beach, SC.
