Richard Walter Patsel, 78, of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away Friday, October 23, 2020 at Grand Strand Hospital. Born June 17, 1942 in Bethesda, Maryland, he was a son of the late Rufus and Carrie (Hodges) Patsel.
He was an accomplished refinisher/restorer of antiques for many years in Washington, D.C. He retired to Myrtle Beach and owned and operated Coastline Convenience Store in North Myrtle Beach. He loved baseball and the Washington Football team as well as his dogs.
Survivors include his loving wife, Anita Louise (Willick) Patsel; two sons, Richard W. Patsel, II, Mark Steven Patsel (Deia); three grandchildren, Richard Reed Patsel lll, Connor Steven Patsel and Camden Nicole Patsel.
