Peggy Elliott Obituary

Peggy Dow Elliott 88, wife of the late Robert Edwin Elliott, passed away on March 23, 2021 in her home with life’s path of family and friends in her heart or by her side. Mom diagnosed with Covid 19 December 12 struggled for 100 days to a recovery satisfactory to continue earths journey. Peggy was born in Marysville Ohio in 1932, she was the only child of Ivolee and Harry Lawless. Peggy married her best friend Bob in March of 1951 started her family 1953.  Married 63 years before Bob passed away in 2014.

Peggy enjoyed her family first and foremost, along with her valued church activities.  She was extremely passionate about her Ohio State Buckeyes football team, loved being around people volunteering her time to her Political affiliation, Hockey club, Bridge, Bowling, Red Hats and anywhere she could socialize and be with people whom shared her family beliefs and values. Her positive mental attitude, smile and belly laughter will be missed by everyone who crossed her path.

She is survived by her three children, Terry of Myrtle Beach, SC, Danny, his wife Sandy of North Olmsted, OH, and Cheri and husband Dr Mark of N. Topsail NC. She also leaves behind her 6 grandchildren, Shannon, Kenny (Alex), Ashley, Andrea (Dowden), Amanda (Chris) and Shawn, along with her 11 great grandchildren, Sadie, Cameron, Brianna, Kaitlyn, Xander, Kenny, Isabella, Mackinzie, Brooklyn, Emma and Lily. Sister-in-law Betty Jean Mclaughlin residing near Youngstown, Ohio Several cousins, special friends Ruth Wynn, of Columbus, Ohio
