Patricia “Patty” Ann Sposaro, 69, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at Grand Strand Medical Center, Myrtle Beach, SC.
Patty was born February 12, 1957 in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late Louis Dominic Sposaro and Louise Tocci Sposaro.
Patty is survived by a loving daughter, Louise Haines of Philadelphia, PA; Piper Moska (Hunter), whom she considered her granddaughter and Adaleigha Morgan, whom she considered her great granddaughter. Patty is also survived and loved by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Patty is predeceased by 4 brothers and a sister.
