Orabell Selina Norton

Orabell Selina Norton, 94, passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021.

She was born on August 29, 1926 in Saluda, NC to the late Will and Ollie Summey Pace.  She is the widow of the late Samuel Norton.

She is survived by her son, Calvin Norton (Jean) of Huntersville, NC; daughters, Sadie McCurry of Myrtle Beach, SC and Mary Christine Frank of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren, Connie Long (John), Anita Grainger (Marty), and Lisa Norton; great-grandchildren, Vincent Grainger (Amber), Taylor Dankert (Drew), and Christy Doyle; four great-great-grandchildren; and her sister, Margaret Reeves of Greer, SC.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Candler, NC.  The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 12:00 noon.  Burial will follow the service in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
