Myrna Jean (Cassidy) Askey, 85, passed away Friday, July 23, 2021.

She was born on July 18, 1936 in Aliquippa, PA, daughter of the late Clyde and Florence Mae (Barrett) Cassidy.

She was a retired Registered Nurse.

She was predeceased by her husband, Donald on July 11, 2021, and a brother, Clyde Cassidy. She is survived by her children, Doris Meixel, Don Askey and wife, Shelly, and Daniel Askey and wife, Ann; grandchildren, Donnie Askey, Tyler Askey, Marissa Askey, Katherine Meixel, and Lauren Askey; great-granddaughter, Emma Jean Askey; and beloved family pet, Gizmo.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
