Martha (Marion) Kieltyka

Martha Kieltyka (née Marion), 80, of Myrtle Beach, SC, died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, October 9, 2021

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Henry, sons Chris, Tim (Bridget), John (Monika) and Paul (Maggie), granddaughters Megan and Lauren, and sister Elizabeth.
Martha was born in Westfield, NJ. She married the love of her life, Henry, in 1962; together they raised a family just blocks from the house she grew up in. She was an active room mother, and was a fixture on countless class trips.
She worked for the Town of Westfield, in various capacities, for many years, where her consistent and steady presence contributed to the vibrancy of the community she loved.
In 2000, Martha and Henry began a new adventure, retiring to Myrtle Beach, SC. There, Martha enjoyed long days on the beach, reading and soaking up the sun. She and Henry also travelled, most notably to Martha's ancestral home in Ireland, where she was pleased to be recognized as Black Irish by a tour guide.
