Martha F. Williams

Martha “Marty” Florence Williams, 81 years-old, gained her angel wings on April 10th, 2022. 
Marty was born in Loris, South Carolina on January 7th, 1941 to the late Marion Jason Richardson and Ethel Martha Stanley and step-mom, Dulah Richardson.  
She lived in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where she worked as a waitress for many years including Caravelle, Landmark, Montego Inn, The Dairy Barn, The Harbour House, and Benjamins. She worked in the Thorny’s gift shop during her later years in life.  
She met many special friends through the years whom she cherished deeply. 
She was a woman who loved getting her nails done (and would quickly tell you that they were her real nails!), her heated blanket, trips to the Dollar Tree, McDonald’s frappes, and her daily talks with her niece, Ronda Atkins.  
She was a very strong woman who loved her family very much. 
She will be missed greatly by her family and friends.  
She was pre-deceased by her parents, daughter, Tereasa Thacker, husband Gurley (Etaw) Smith, husband Roger Williams, sister Eva Lee Best (Barney), sister Pearl Blanton (Jack), sister Kathy McDowell (Glenn), sister Marion Strickland (Elbert), sister Margaret Williams (Ronnie), sister Lucille Graham (Eugene), sister Louise Best (Paul) 
Marty is survived by one daughter, Tami Watts and son-in-law whom she loved very much, Gary. Four grandchildren, Ryan Ramos, April Ouellette (Kevin), Brittany Fowler (Daniel), Charli Watts (Joshua Adams) and one bonus granddaughter, Cristy Ramos (Chris Menard). Four great-grandchildren, Haven Ramos, Brenna Menard, AJ Fowler, and Oaklyn James Fowler. One sister, Betty Davis (John), and many nieces and nephews. 

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday,  April 16, 2022 at 11: 00 am at McMillan-Small Funeral Home with a visitation at follow.
