Madeline "Pat" Patricia Keck

Madeline “Pat” Patricia Keck 82 passed away Friday, September 23, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Pat was born July 20, 1940, in Alexandria, VA, a daughter of the late Leo Joseph and Nancy Elizabeth Wells Hutchison. 

She retired from National Geographic Magazine.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-five years, James J. Keck, her son Doug Keck, her daughter Darlene Keck, five grandchildren, Kristen, Joshua, Amanda, Alyssa and Trinity, four great-grandchildren, Jackson, Jasmine, Oliver and Wesley; by her brother, Leo Hutchison and her sister, Virginia Hunt.

Funeral services will be held at l:00 PM, Monday, October 3, 2022, at Forestbrook Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 12:50 PM at the church prior to her service.
