Born in Niagara Falls, Canada, in 1957, Kevin P. Mann departed suddenly on March 8, 2025, in Manning, SC.
Kevin grew up in Niagara Falls, Ontario, with his parents, William and Doris Mann, brother Michael and sister Kathleen. Kevin learned his love for business ventures from his parents’ grocery store, and bought his first business, a gas station, around the age of 25. He eventually moved to Myrtle Beach, SC, to pursue many other business ventures.
An avid sports fan, Kevin played hockey on teams both in Canada and the United States. He was also fond of golf and an incredible pool player.
Kevin was a self-made man, in the truest sense of the word, and investigated the nuts and bolts of anything he set his mind to. He focused on all aspects of any new adventure, be it boating, owning gas stations, hotels, motels, mobile homes, and RV parks, or his newest love, cross-country travel in his bus.
Kevin is survived by his wife Carrie, his parents William and Doris, his brother Michael and sister Kathleen, his children Nicole, Brian, Tyler, Aggi, and Katie; his precious grandchildren Kennedy and Grayson; his nieces Kaleigh, Kylie, Lexi, Khloe, and Evie; and his nephew Landon, as well as many, many friends who fervently love him.
Kevin was a giver, helping anyone that he could by teaching those around him everything he knew, from finances to boating to skiing to choosing happiness.
He stood up for everyone and backed down from none.
Everyone he ever met walked away with a piece of his knowledge, fond and wonderful memories, and a sense of gratefulness. Kevin will be missed beyond words, but he is safe and whole and at peace.
