Karen (Lisa) Melissa Elia, 58, passed away on Jan. 8, 2025. Lisa was born in South Carolina. She attended Coastal Carolina University. She and her husband, Hazy, met in the Grand Strand and were married 34 years, settling in Myrtle Beach to start their family. Lisa was a beacon of warmth and love. She was a devoted wife, a caring mother, a cherished grandmother. She loved her family deeply and unconditionally, always putting them first. Lisa lived life with a passion for helping others, making long-term friendships and loving her family. Her love was evident in every action, from the small gestures of kindness to the unwavering support she offered her family and friends. Lisa is survived by her husband, Yehezkel (Hazy), her daughters Tali Elia Zito (spouse Trevor), Eliana Benezra (spouse Gill) and son Ariel Elia; and her grandchildren Noah, Zev and Ava. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 9th at 3pm at McMillan Small Funeral Home located at 910 67th Avenue N. Myrtle Beach, SC May her memory be a blessing.
