Joyce E. (Sessions) LaFavor

July 3, 1949 – October 13, 2021 -  Joyce Elaine Sessions LaFavor left us peacefully in her home on the evening of October 13, 2021 in Gresham, South Carolina.

Joyce is survived by her husband Barry LaFavor, her daughter Tonya Bellamy, brothers Jimmy Sessions and Henry Sessions, nephews Olin Butler and Johnny Butler, and niece Bailey Sessions. She is preceded in death by her mother Hallie Flowers Titmus, father A.C. Sessions, and sister Judy Butler.

She was a self-made entrepreneur and a mainstay in the Myrtle Beach community. While she was a successful business owner, more importantly, she was the kindest, warmest, and most genuine person. Her customers regularly stopped by to, not only get the freshest local produce and seafood on the grand strand, but also to see her beautiful smile and have a chat under the pecan tree. She gave more love than any one person could possibly possess. Her smile alone would brighten one’s day. She was love. We will miss her dearly. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday October 18, 2021 at Ocean Woods Memorial Cemetery, Myrtle Beach, SC.
