John Richard Stillwagon, Sr.

John R. Stillwagon, Sr., of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2025.

A respected real estate developer and accomplished trapshooter, John lived a life marked by hard work, dedication, and a deep love for family. Throughout his career, John helped shape the communities he cared for, developing properties with an eye for both craftsmanship and lasting value. Beyond his professional achievements, he was known for his skill and passion as a champion trapshooter, earning the admiration of fellow sportsmen across the region. John will be remembered for his integrity, perseverance, and devotion to his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Sally; his son, John; and his daughter, Kelly Brooksher. His legacy endures in the lives he touched and the family he cherished.

The family will receive friends at McMillan Small Funeral Home on Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM and a funeral mass on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM St. Andrew Catholic Church in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Entombment will follow at Southern Palms Memorial Gardens.
