John Phillip Daniels

John P. Daniels died at home in Myrtle Beach, SC, on February 10, 2021.  He was the husband of Elsa J. Daniels and they shared 56 years together.  John was survived by his wife and his two sons.

He was born on September 3rd, 1937 in Bangalore India.  He settled in in the United Arab Emirates to pursue a career in business as an entrepreneur.  It was there he remained for 30 years raising his children and embracing family life.  He sent his two sons to college in the United States and eventually emigrated to the U.S. to join them there in 2000.  He worked as a server at K&W here in Myrtle Beach in his retirement years where he grew to know and love a great many of his friends, neighbors and travelers alike.  John never met a stranger and it truly made him happy to make other people happy.   John was an Equine enthusiast and loved dogs a great deal.  He believed family is the most important thing there is and was always willing to adopt a stray and give them a loving home. He was an incredibly beautiful soul.

A memorial service is scheduled for 11 am on Saturday February 20, 2021 at McMillan – Small Funeral Home on 910 67th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach.
