Janice Carol Bloodsworth (Hendricks), 77, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on February 24, 2025. Jan was born to Kenneth and Carolyn Hendricks on October 27, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland. Then later retired and resided in Conway, South Carolina.
Her family will remember her as a strong-willed, independent, and caring woman. Jan loved gardening, cooking, baking, and especially Tj Maxx/Marshalls/Home Goods. Her powerful love and dedication for the lord is what gives the family comfort and peace during this time.

Jan is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Carolyn Hendricks, her Grandparents, Melvin and Dorothy Fink, her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Bud and Judith Bull, and her brother-in-law, Bobby Roloff.
A celebration of Jans life will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025 as follows:
10:00-10:30 am: McMillan-Small Funeral Home and Crematory (910 67th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572)

Here is a comforting passage of scripture that provided tranquility during Jan’s transition to eternal life:
Psalm 23:
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
