Jackie "Jack" Wayland Gaddy passed away peacefully June 22, 2026.
Born February 18, 1950, in Albemarle, North Carolina. Jack was the son of the late Harry Jackson Gaddy and Helen Stevens Gaddy.
Jack was a long-time employee with AVX and a member of First Presbyterian Church. He loved boating, cycling and paddling his kayak. He was a problem solver and his laughter was contagious.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Cori Gaddy; his daughter Maria Velez Campagna; two grandsons, Dominic Campagna and Anthony Campagna; sister, Teresa Gaddy Arnold (Mark); nephew, Ryan Arnold (Hanna); brother-in-law John Ed Copeland (Chris); niece, Kim Towns (Scott); nephew, Chad Jones (Angela); and numerous great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 PM on July 25, 2026, at First Presbyterian Church in Myrtle Beach with Dr. John Brearley presiding.
