Grady Ira McDaniel, 87, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.

He was born in Orangeburg, SC a son of the late Blanchard and Carey Rudd McDaniel. He was predeceased by his wife Barbara and daughter, Deborah.

He is survived by his daughter, Sheri McDaniel Trusty, five grandchildren, Trevor Trusty, Nicole Trusty, Lauren Ward, Autumn Mainer and Jordan Mainer; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Miakhia, Tucker, Lilly, Mark and Isabella.

A private family celebration of life will be held later.
