Gary Stephen Huffman passed away peacefully on October 8, 2021. Born on November 28, 1955, he was the second son of Cluie and Lorene Huffman. Gary attended school in Myrtle Beach and graduated from Myrtle Beach High School in 1973. He worked in the hospitality industry. He loved sports, especially baseball and football, and in his younger days he was an avid surfer – he loved the beach. He also loved his nieces – Jessica Girton, Sarah Latz, and Kelly Gatling. Along with his nieces, he is survived by his brother, Cluie Huffman, Jr. and his wife Joann and his sister Martha Gatling and her husband Kim. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
