Francis Rowell Obituary

Frances Virginia Rowell, 82, widow of Charles Edwin Rowell passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023.

She is predeceased by her son, Charles E. Rowell, II.

Francis is survived by three daughters, Virginia Rowell Mishoe and Karen Elizabeth Rowell both of North Myrtle Beach, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on 1:00 pm, Friday, January 26, 2023 at Southern Palms Memorial Gardens in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
