Elizabeth Rose Porter

Elizabeth( Beth) Rose Porter (31) of Myrtle Beach SC passed away on May 25 2022 after a short illness. Beth was born on August 5, 1990 to Robert and Virginia Horton-Porter in Danbury, CT. The family lived in Hopewell Jct NY before moving to Myrtle Beach in 2005. She graduated from the Academy of Arts, Science and Technology in 2010. While she had no children of her own, she was "Aunty Bethy Poo" to all of her friend's kids. A weekend at Aunt Beth's house was always full of unlimited art projects and endless giggles. Beth possessed the unique ability to make everyone feel like family. Beth is survived by her parents Robert and Virginia Porter, her siblings Robert(Trina) Porter, Daniel Porter and Christine( Kenneth) Jackson. She was also loved by her six nieces, Mackenzie, Jordan, Madison, Paisley,Skyler and Payton Porter, three nephews Kenneth, Alan and Andrew Jackson and a great niece Kenzey Jackson. She was also the Godmother to five children who thought she hung the moon. Beth was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Rosemary and Albert Porter, her maternal grandfather Martin Horton, her uncle William Porter and cousin Tiffany Nolan. 
A celebration of her life will be held at 3pm, June 2. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations in her name be made to St.Francis Animal Center Georgetown SC.
