Obituary
Edwin Earl Bellamy, 88, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
He was born in Myrtle Beach, a son of the late Flavus J. Bellamy and Grace Lavinia Hardee Bellamy.
Earl retired from the Myrtle Beach Post Office following over thirty years of service. He graduated from Myrtle Beach High School and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Myrtle Beach where he was a former deacon.
He is survived by his sister, Isla Murray, niece, Lisa Knop, nephew, Richard E. Murray IV; great and great-great nieces and nephews.
A Celebrate of Life Service will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at Southern Palms Mausoleum Chapel with Dr. Wayne Brown officiating. The family will greet friends from 10:00 AM until 10:55 AM prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Myrtle Beach or the charity of one’s choice.
