Dr. Kerry L. Morris

Dr. Kerry Lynn Morris died peacefully in his home on April 15, 2026, from complications of long-term Parkinson’s disease.

He was 81 years old.  Kerry was born in Charleston, SC on July 30, 1944, grew up in Barnwell, SC, and lived in Myrtle Beach, SC as a chiropractor since 1966 where he died.  He was a people-person positively impacting many lives through genuine interest and cheerful humor, an extremely gifted guitar player, active member of Ocean View Baptist Church, Kiwanis Club member, long time youth baseball coach, Scoutmaster, and beloved family member. 

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Elaine C. Morris, their two sons, Tony (Gail) and Kevin (Christy) Morris, 7 grandchildren (Alex, Andrew, Jay, Daniel, John, Carissa, Caitlyn), and 3 great grandchildren. 

His dedication to family and his love for people serves as an inspiration to all who knew him.   

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 18th at 1:00 PM at McMillan-Small Funeral Home. 

Visitation will be held from 11:30 AM to 12:50 PM prior to the funeral service.
