On October 4th 2021, Donald Joseph Fregeau was reunited with his beloved parents. He passed peacefully after complications from Covid-19. He was 72 years of age. He was born to Charlotte and Armond Fregeau in Woonsocket, Rhode Island in the Fall of 1948.
