David Michael Keen, 72, husband of Ruth Keen, passed away Friday, September 18, 2026 at Grand Strand Medical Center.

Mr. Keen was born July 17, 1954 in Washington, DC; son of the late William P. Keen and Florence Cherone Keen. He was a CO Technician for Verizon. He was an avid Washington Nationals fan

Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Ruth Anne Johnson Keen; children, Lucas Andrew Keen, David Michael Keen, Jr., Michael Joseph (Rachel) Keen and Susan Angela (Thomas Peterson) Keen; brothers, Bill (Robin) Keen and Frank (Pam) Keen; numerous nieces & nephews.

Their will be no services at this time.
