Dan Bryant

Dan Bryant 74 passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Grand Strand Regional Center.

He was born October 5, 1947, in Conway, SC, a son of Elizabeth Duncan Bryant and the late McDaniel Bryant.

Dan worked as a mechanic for the United States Postal Service for over forty years.  He enjoyed vintage dirt track racing, go cart racing, sports and being a cowboy of his horse farm. Every morning he looked forward to meeting his friends at Hot Stack for fellowship and coffee.

He is survived by his wife, Lea Nea (Lobato) Bryant, his mother, Libby Bryant, his children, Danny Bryant, Shawn Bryant and Candice B. LaFond.  His brother, Tim Bryant, his sister, Brenda B. Thompson, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 4, 2021 at McMillan-Small Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 9:45AM until 10:45AM prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial made to Ronald McDonald House of Charities of Charleston, 81 Gadsden Street, Charleston, SC 29401.
