Charles R. Gardner passed away, May 4, 2023 in Loris, SC. He was born November 1, 1957 in Albemarle, NC to the late Forest B. and Carolyn Fricks Gardner. He taught at NC State University and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved woodworking, camping, hiking, cycling and in his later year gardening became his passion. Survivors include Stacy, Stephen, Melissa, Austin, Casey, Stephanie, Norah and his sister, Jeanette Carol Fleming. At his request no services are planning at this time. .
