Obituary
Ruth Carol Brady, 85, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at her home in Little River surrounded by her loving family.
Carol was born in Horry County the daughter of the late Sam P. and Grace Thompson Vereen.
She was predeceased by two sisters, Bobbie V. Witherspoon and Janice V. Nestle, her longtime companion, Charles Seddinger, and her faithful loving pet, a West Highland Terrier, Maxx.
Her first job as a teenager was at Hoskins Restaurant and returned 50 years later to Hoskins to end her working career as a hostess.
Survivors include her daughter, Regina Allen, her son, Michael Brady; Bill and Larin Seddinger who were like her grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, January 31, 2025, at Southern Palms Memorial Gardens in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
The family will greet friends following the service.
