Carla Jean Moore

Carla J. Moore, age 79, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 31, 2025, at The Legacy of North Myrtle Beach, SC. 
Surviving are her husband, Urvin T. (UT) Moore: four children, Blaine Scott Miller (wife Jennifer), Kimberly Michelle Walls (husband Tim), stepson, Kevin Dean Moore, stepdaughter, Janice Kay Spell and five grandchildren: Taylor Bennett, Kelsey Crostic (husband Jack), Cailey Moore, Brannen Spell (wife Catlin) and Becca Spell.  One great granddaughter, Emerson Spell. 

Carla was a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC., with a degree in Business Education.  She was employed with E. I. DuPont Corporation for 29 years, where she held various positions in Marketing, Customer Service, Production Planning, Computer Systems, and Supply Chain Management.  She also served as a deacon in the Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church in North Myrtle Beach, SC. 

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6th, 2025, at the Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church, 6 Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC. Visitation will be held at 1:00 PM in the church sanctuary and service at 2:00 PM.  Reception to follow in the Family Life Center. 

In lieu of Flowers, the family request donations to be made to Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
