Billie Ann Ward Caswell, died January 17, 2025 at Grand Strand Hospital after an illness. She was surrounded by family at the time of her passing. She was born in Dublin, Georgia on June 15, 1935 and was the daughter of late William Van Ward and Lottie Thelma Beacham Ward. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Russell Caswell.

Named after her father, Billie’s formative years growing up in the midst of the Great Depression and WW2 was shaped by a close knit family. Upon graduating Dublin High School in 1953 she attended one year at college before meeting her future husband Bob Caswell.

Married in 1955 she worked to support them as he completed his college degree through the GI Bill at the University of Georgia. In 1970, they relocated and decided to plant permanent roots in Myrtle Beach and raise their family.

She worked part time at first and eventually came to own Four Seasons Interiors. Her design work spanned over four decades which was showcased locally, across the country, and was also published in national magazines.

Throughout this time, her focus never strayed far from her children and their personal lives spoiling them with her love and affection. Billie loved to spend time with friends and formed close friendships through the local Book and Bridge Club. She treasured her dear friends who were like family to her.
