BethAnn Miller

BethAnn Miller passed away on March 8, 2023 in Myrtle Beach, SC with her husband Shashikant (Shashi) Gadegaonkar at her side.  She was born on October 3, 1960 in Cedar Rapids, IA to Frank and Renee Miller.  BethAnn graduated from Regis High School, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 1979.  Her advanced degrees included Industrial Engineer (BS) graduate of Iowa State University and a Master in Business from Indiana University.  She worked for John Deere, Cummings, and Collins before landing in Memphis with FedEx where she made the most of her perk to jump seat throughout the states and around the world. She went on to challenge herself to learn about almost everything that peaked her interest – project management, traveling, nature, gardening, music, crafts, sewing, and games. She married her husband Shashi on June 21, 2000 and they soon started to travel across the US by RV making friends wherever they went and spending time hiking, biking, rock climbing, scuba diving, snorkeling, hang gliding, spelunking, swimming, dancing, clogging and playing cards and other games.

BethAnn was an adventure seeker who traveled to all 50 states of the US as well as India, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, and throughout Europe.

BethAnn is survived by her husband Shashi; sisters Therese (Dale), Jane and Jill; brothers Kurt (Margaret) and Mark; sisters-in-law Mangala, Nalini, Sunita; and brothers-in-law Shrikant, Nandu and Ajay.
