Athanasis Kagouras

Athanasis Kagouras, 96, passed away on September 18, 2024, at her home in Tabor City, NC.

She was born August 16, 1928, in Krestena, Greece a daughter of the late Kostantinos and Ioanna Kagouras. 

She is survived by her son, Demetre Yacoumis and his wife, Amalia and two granddaughters Athanasia and Kostantina.  She was predeceased by four brothers, Panayiotis, Ioannis, Spiros, and Sakis.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 23, 2024, at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Burial will follow at Ocean Woods Memorial Cemetery.
