Alice Ann Applegate

Alice Applegate was born in Denver, CO to the late Peter and Mary Rutt, on July 18, 1932. She was proceeded in death by her loving husband, James Applegate. Also proceeded in death by her sister, Shirley Rosenbrock and brother Peter Rutt, II.

Alice was blessed with a large and loving family. She is survived by four daughters; Debbie Kee (Calvin), Diane Ragsdale (Randy), Donna Sasser (Craig), and Denise Bryant (Bryan). She was a loving grandmother to 14 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Edward Rutt (Norma), sister-in-law Karen Rutt (Peter), and many nieces and nephews.

Alice was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She was a friend to many. Alice leaves a legacy of love, dedication, loyalty, and kindness. She was a caregiver and prayer warrior but most of all her legacy points to her belief in her Lord and Savior. She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 PM, Monday, June 20, 2022, at Fellowship Bible Church, 2201 Jay St. Edgewater, CO 80214. Desserts and Coffee to follow.

Burial will be 11:30 AM, Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 N. Kenyon Avenue, Denver, CO 80236.
