Alexander M Satmary

Alexander M. Satmary Jr. passed away on March 23, 2026, at the age of 67.  His roots are from New York, Connecticut, and later made his home in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Alex served in the United States Marine Corps, specializing as a Combat Engineer.  He received a Rifle Marksman Badge and a Meritorious Mast Medal during his time in service.  He was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant.  Alex went on to have a career in carpentry, building and renovating homes.  He loved riding his Indian Scout and spending time at the beach.  Alex touched the lives of many through his passion for life and his belief in God.  He loved spending time with his family and friends.  His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
