Michael F. Putignano, 97, went to his eternal home on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Embrace Hospice House with his wife and a Gideon brother by his bedside. He is survived by his wife, Ledosta “Dot” Putignano; three daughters, Barbara (Tony) Maskello, Beth (Brian) Lynch, and Linda (Doug) Horan; a stepson, Tony (Trish) Johnson; a sister, Ida (Mike) Sullivan; 7 grandchildren; & 4 great-grandchildren.

Mike retired from Airco after serving in the US Coast Guard during WWII. After retirement, he moved to Myrtle Beach where he was a member & played the trumpet at First Free Will Baptist Church and was a Gideon. Mike loved playing his trumpet and playing golf. He was blessed with a long and happy life.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at First Free Will Baptist Church, 900-67th Ave. N., Myrtle Beach, SC.
