Jack Henry Netto Slate

Jack Henry Netto Slate, 18, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2020. He was born on April 15, 2002 in Georgetown, SC. Jack was a 2020 graduate of Socastee High School and was employed by Publix Super Markets. He is survived by his mother, Teresa Slate; his brother, Alexander Slate; his grandfather, Alfred Netto; many loving aunts and uncles, as well as a large extended family and many friends from school and work.  Jack is predeceased by his grandmother Marilyn Netto. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at McMillan-Small Funeral Home. 

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 17th at 11:00 AM at McMillan-Small Funeral Home. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and following the service at the Forestbrook Clubhouse, 1100 Forestbrook Road, Myrtle Beach, SC. 

Jack's bright light was extinguished far too soon. Through his generosity as an organ donor, his light will continue to shine.
