Many thoughts and prayers to Pam and her family at this time. Though there may be sorrow on this side, there is celebration on the other side. I want to share the following poem that was recited at my mother\'s funeral:
A ship sails and we stand watching till she fades on the horizon, and someone says, \"she is gone\".
Gone where?
Gone from our sight, that is all; she is just as large as when we saw her...
The diminished size and total loss of sight is in us, not in her, and just at the moment when someone says \"she is gone\", there are other loved ones who are watching her coming, and their voices take up a glad shout, \"there she comes!\"...
God keep you all in his loving arms.

Mark, I’m so sorry to learn of the passing of your Mom. I regret I’m so far away and can’t be there with you, as you were there for me, during the passing of my Mom. I’ll always remember how kind your Mom was to me. Wishing you and your family the very best during this time and always.
